tired~~

wow today’s been insane! I was trying to post stuff, but people kept walking in and out, behind me and all. so I wound up just …doing work. yeaa. but okay this morning was pretty leisurely - was just watching some unreleased tv programs as part of a ‘screening’ thing. anyway, since I pretty much have a one-track mind (with a few digressions here and there), I shall continue from where I left off yesterday! :) cosmo and george!

Actually, the storyline isnt particularly outstanding or whatever. In fact, I’d say its quite predictable? I mean, alien comes to earth to learn, alien obviously meets some human, and tadaa~ alien and human end up being good friends! and the show’s title isnt any less of a giveaway either haha.

But, despite the predictability of the storyline, I quite like the show. Its simple, understandable for kids albeit perhaps a little trite for older kids, and generally fairly amusing. Gurmit is definitely the star of the show, and he carries off the persona of Cosmo off with flair. which, to be frankly nasty (hehe), makes up for the slightly wooden acting of some of the younger actors. but then again its not quite fair to judge child actors on adults’ standards I spose.

In any case, the show’s just half an hour, so might as well just check it out for some laughs ;)
